A few things you should know:

2. REO, buying a bank owned home that has already been foreclosed on and is now listed in the open market is more often then not a better and more realistic option.  Great news for you, one of our divisions is the speciliazation of listing and selling bank owned homes. 
    
3. When you buy a bank owned home you need to be familiar with what you're buying, most are sold AS IS.
